Jesse Milan, Jr., JD has a 13-year association with Dorrier Underwood. He is a servant leader with over 30 years in executive roles in public and private sectors. From Philadelphia’s largest law firm, to Deputy City Solicitor, to serving six years as chief of staff to a university president, Jesse was next appointed AIDS Director for the City of Philadelphia, followed by 15 years of national and global work as corporate vice president for two public health contractor firms in Washington, DC.

 Jesse’s received numerous awards for HIV/AIDS work, has chaired many federal committees appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, CDC and HRSA; served on search committees for Episcopal bishops, and been elected chairman of the board of directors of five non-profit organizations.

An inspiring keynote speaker, Jesse has addressed millions around the U.S., on television and radio, in speaking tours across Africa for the U.S. State Department, and at the White House.

Jesse graduated from Princeton University and the New York University School of Law. Married to his partner of 26 years, Jesse lives in Ellicott City, MD, and is active in community theater as a performer, director and choreographer.
