“My career has presented me with some profound breakthroughs. Early on, I learned that integrity, character and being counted on are as important on the job as they are in all other aspects of life. In my view, there is no work/life balance. There’s just life, with work being one of its many facets.”

A native of Texas, Ken graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University. He currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he enjoys spoiling his five grandchildren.

"I see it all perfectly; there are two possible situations – one can either do THIS or THAT.

My honest opinion and my friendly advice is this: Do it or do not do it – you will regret both. …

To dare is to lose one’s footing momentarily. Not to dare is to lose oneself.”
